Game of Thrones is an American fantasy television series airing on the premium cable channel HBO. It is an adaptation of George R. R. Martin's series of books A Song of Ice and Fire. The show depicts the adventures of a prostitute named Ros (Esmé Bianco) who travels south from a small northern village to King's Landing, the capital city of Westeros, where she rises in society and rank, all while learning to navigate a web of royal deceit and danger.
